Front and center at JackFest are the Kids' Races, which continue to expand and evolve! We'll have footraces of varying distances on the gently rolling grass fields of Foxfield. The race options are as follows (kids can sign up for more than one race).
Please note that online registration is available now until 9:00am on Sunday, and then will also be available in-person on Sunday too starting at 11:45am.
1:00pm Girl's One Mile Elementary School XC Race (Grades K-5th) $10
This was a new race in 2024, and we're thrilled to bring it back in 2025! The course will be a gently rolling one mile cross country race over the grass paths at Foxfield. It is open to all girls in grades K-5th and will be contested in one large field where everyone starts at the same time. Although all ages compete together, the final results will be broken down by age.
Registration in this event will include a 2025 JackFest friendship bracelet. Medals will be awarded to the top finisher in each age (2nd & 3rd get JackFest water bottles) as well as team trophies to the top 2 schools (top 3 runners for each school "score").
Registration in this event also allows a free entry into the Superhero Dash at 2:15pm.

100 Meters: 2 & Under, 3 Years Old, 4 Years Old, 5 Years Old
200 Meters: 6 Years Old, 7 Years Old, 8 Years Old, 9 Years Old, 10 Years Old, 11 Years Old, 12 Years Old
Kids will compete in a 100-200 meter footrace (distance depends on age) on the flat grass track at Foxfield. Each age will have its own separate race with the younger ages (2-5) running 100 meters, and the older ages (6 & Up) running 200 meters. We will start with the youngest age groups and go up from there.
Registration in this event will include a 2025 JackFest friendship bracelet and ribbons to the top 6 finishers in each race (age group).
3:00pm Child-Parent 2x200 Meter Relay (FREE)
This race will be free and will conclude the running events for the day. It will be contested on the flat, grass track and is open to kids of ALL ages. We will divide this race up into sections based on registration numbers. In each race, the child will always run the first leg, and the parent will run second. There is no entry fee for this event.
Virtual Superhero ($10)
